REQUIREMENTS: You need at least an ABET qualification.
No work experience is required. Special skills needed: You must be able to speak clearly in English. You should know how to do simple maintenance on machines and operate them with a low level of difficulty. You must also know how to use basic hand tools and cleaning equipment. You should be able to operate cleaning machines. You must be able to do routine jobs and work both in a team and on your own.
DUTIES: You will be responsible for cleaning jobs in offices and other buildings as told by your supervisor.
This includes sweeping, vacuuming, cleaning windows, dusting, polishing furniture and floors. You will also clean restrooms. You must report any problems or damage you find in the workplace to your supervisor right away.
