Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following criteria:
– Have a Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4)
– Be medically fit to work in a mining environment
– Have a clear security screening record
– Have a valid driver’s licence (if applicable)
Advantage
– Relevant experience in mining or a similar field
Key Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be expected to:
– Complete all parts of the training programme on time
– Follow all company rules, procedures, and safety standards
– Attend SHE (Safety, Health, Environment) meetings
– Wear and use the required safety equipment
– Spot and report any dangerous situations
– Carry out work to the required standards and as trained
– Keep records of progress and share any challenges or suggestions
Selection Process
Pre–screening and psychometric tests may be part of the process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited for panel interviews
