Requirements: A 3-year National Diploma or Degree in Public Administration, Human Resources Management, Administration, or Business Administration at NQF Level 6; at least 3 years of experience in an administration setting; knowledge of HR matters and policies, procurement guidelines and procedures; understanding of the Constitution and the legislative framework for the Public Service.
