REQUIREMENTS: You need to have a Grade 12 qualification with typing as one of your subjects.
You should be able to type around 55 words per minute. You must have successfully completed a word processing course. You should be computer literate.

Skills and qualities needed include: managing money, solving problems, and making decisions.
You should be able to plan, organize, lead, and control tasks. You must understand change management, project management, giving presentations, handling conflicts, and writing reports. Good time management is important. You must keep things confidential. You should understand public service policies and laws. You should be focused on service delivery and clients. You need to be honest and have integrity. You should be assertive, able to build relationships, and have the ability to influence others. You should think strategically and be ready to travel.

DUTIES: You will collect data from records and enter it into formats like databases, tables, and spreadsheets.
You must check for missing data and fix any errors during entry. You should review and confirm all the data before sending it. You need to make regular backups to protect the data. You will update registers and statistics as needed. You must keep records and files accurate and wellorganized. You should ensure that everything is properly sorted and secure. You may need to share information with other teams when needed. You will also manage assets.
