About the Learnership Programme
This is a 36-month program that includes:

– Classroom learning
– Activities to help you become ready for the workplace
Learners will learn skills that are recognized in the industry and match Sasol’s standards at Secunda Operations (EOP).
Available Learnership Fields
There are opportunities in these trades:
– Mechanical Fitter
– Instrumentation
– Electrician
– Chemical Plant Operator
Successful candidates will be placed based on what the company needs.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
– A completed National Senior Certificate (Matric) or an equivalent
– A pass in these subjects: Mathematics or Technical Mathematics, English or Business English, Physical Science or Technical Science
