Crocs Pavilion is looking for a sales assistant to join their team.
A well–known and successful brand in the retail industry is seeking a Sales Assistant.

Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Sales
– Greet every customer within 30 seconds
– Provide great customer service following Crocs procedures
– Understand what the customer needs and use your product knowledge to show them the benefits
– Make sure to complete the sale and encourage them to buy more
– Ask customers to come back and become fans of Crocs
– Check your daily sales against your budget a few times a day
Inventory
– Restock shoes, clothing, and accessories from the storeroom every day
– Prevent loss of stock by organizing the store, greeting customers, and following the Crocs changing room rules
– Make sure all stock entries in the POS system are correct
– Handle deliveries by checking the quantity against the invoice, tagging, hanging, pricing, and recording in the POS system
– Process customer orders
Daily Operations
– Keep the store clean every day, including dusting, cleaning mirrors, vacuuming, emptying bins, clearing the counter, and organizing the changing rooms
– Help the manager open and close the store
– You are responsible for your own training
– Get a buddy to help you start off and learn from them
– Attend training sessions every three months and complete the assessments
– Get monthly feedback from your manager
– Set up a monthly meeting with your store manager to review your progress using the Crocs rookie pack
– These trainings are important and will help you qualify for promotions
– Watch the store and keep the stock displayed according to Crocs standards
– Make sure all sizes are available
– Help the team change the windows and mannequins every two weeks
– Store POS materials in the right place to prevent damage

– Knowledge of Crocs products is a plus
