PURPOSE:
To make sure that quality products are properly received and prepared for customers as per the standard operating procedures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Keep the store clean and hygienic as per the standard operating procedures
– Follow food safety rules as per the standard operating procedures
– Make menu items according to the standard operating procedures while keeping service fast
– Offer excellent customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
– At least one year of experience in a restaurant or fast–food setting
– Strong customer service skills
– Good verbal communication abilities
– National Senior Certificate
