Exciting New Restaurant
Join our team as we open our brand–new restaurant in Overport.
This is a great chance to be part of a busy opening team, learn new skills in a fast–moving environment, and help create a positive and strong store culture right from the start. We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people who want to grow with our brand.
Purpose
To provide quick, correct, and friendly service while handling customer transactions and managing the front counter.
Key Responsibilities
– Take and process customer orders and payments correctly.
– Use the POS system and fix simple problems with it.
– Accept cash, card, and digital payments in a responsible way.
– Give receipts and handle refunds or exchanges.
– Tell customers about special offers and suggest additional products.
– Keep customer lines moving smoothly and efficiently.
– Help customers with simple questions or complaints.
– Keep the front counter area clean and well–organized.
– Count money at the end of your shift and prepare reports.
– Look after company property and make sure there are no losses.

Requirements
– Prior experience as a cashier or in retail is a plus.
– Good math and counting skills.
– Dress and act in a professional manner.
