REQUIREMENTS: Grade 10 or NCV level 2.
Experience in a nursery is a bonus.
Good communication and literacy skills.
Ability to do routine tasks.
Knowledge of how to use garden tools and equipment is a bonus.
DUTIES: Mow lawns, both in developed areas and in the veld.
Water plants and make sure they are not harmed. Keep flower and shrub beds free of weeds, well–kept, and in good condition. Trim dead flowers from plants, fertilize lawns and flower beds. Help with plant propagation. Sweep and rake hard surfaces in your area. Be respectful and behave well at all times. Clean restrooms assigned to DPW as per the schedule.
