Ekurhuleni West TVET College is offering an 18-month Human Resource Management Trainee opportunity for qualified N6 graduates.
This programme is designed to provide practical workplace experience in Human Resources, helping candidates gain the required exposure to transition into full–time employment.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R4 500 and gain hands-on experience in HR administration and recruitment processes.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the Human Resource Management Trainee Programme 2026, applicants must:
Have N6 in Human Resource Management
Important:
Applicants who have already completed an 18-month internship or training programme should not apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
Advising staff on HR–related matters
Facilitating employee induction processes
Assisting with leave administration and auditing
Filing and managing HR documents
Supporting recruitment and selection processes

Academic record (transcript)
Matric certificate
N4–N6 certificates
South African ID (both sides)
At least three contactable references with email addresses
Note: Certification must not be older than 6 months.
