Job description
Purpose of the work: To provide administrative support to the Short-Term Insurance Customer Service
Work results:
Manage NCB and Multi-Claim Lists. Contact members who have resigned from employer groups to change their payment method. To follow the file certification certificates in the guidelines, contact members who require significant certificates.
Contribute to the launch of marketing campaigns (contact with members, etc.); Life cycle travel activities for members. Adjustments to the settlement of financial institution policies Ad hoc administrative tasks Upgrading process (back office processes) and updating significant policy information without advisory skillsRates and experience
Level 12
An FSCA-recognized degree will be an advantage for the 6-12 month Contact Center experience
Having experience in Short Term Insurance is an advantage
