About the Work Integrated Learning Opportunity 2026
Lephalale TVET College is providing a Work Integrated Learning opportunity for the 2026 group.
This program is for unemployed N6 graduates who need experience in the workplace to finish their studies and increase their chances of getting a job.

This opportunity is for people who are serious about finishing the whole program and who have not done an internship, learnership, or WIL program before.

Fields of Study
Applicants need to have an N6 qualification in one of these areas:

– Management Assistant
– Marketing Management
– Business Management
– Human Resources Management
– Information Technology
– Financial Management
– Hospitality and Catering Services

– Have an N6 qualification in one of the listed fields
– Have N4, N5, and N6 certificates for their qualification
– Be unemployed and not currently doing any learnership, internship, or WIL program
– Have never done an internship or WIL program before
– Be between 18 and 35 years old
– Be a South African citizen
– Be willing to complete the whole program

– Updated CV
– Recently certified copy of South African ID
– Recently certified copies of Matric or Level 4, N4, N5, and N6 certificates
– In-Service Letter from the College
– Proof of Residence
