About the RCL Foods Baking Learnership Programme 2026
RCL Foods is offering five learnership slots through its Supreme Siyabhaka Academy.
This programme is designed to help develop skilled professionals in South Africa’s baking industry.
The learnership includes hands-on training at work, mentorship, and coaching to ensure learners get experience that matches industry standards and SETA guidelines.

Purpose of the Programme

Minimum Requirements (Who Should Apply)
Applicants must have:
– A Grade 12 certificate with a focus on Hospitality Studies
– Mathematics Literacy (this is essential)
– Basic computer skills (using MS Office is a plus)
– A strong desire to succeed
– A willingness to learn and grow
– A creative and problem–solving attitude
