Mission / Core Purpose:
To provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the assigned Corporate Affairs function at Bayobab, helping drive enterprise-wide initiatives and ensuring alignment with MTN’s strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in strategic and transformation meetings, providing valuable input
- Facilitate ad hoc meetings with relevant stakeholders
- Escalate critical issues impacting time, scope, productivity, costs, or resources
- Support multiple projects (internal/global), including documentation for sign-off and tactical changes
- Assist in executing and aligning with the functional strategy
- Produce status and progress reports as required
- Ensure risk mitigation and control processes are in place
- Drive continuous improvement to optimize service quality
- Research and curate content for presentations; ensure compliance with MTN corporate communication standards
- Collect and report performance metrics for internal senior management and external vendors
- Manage knowledge bases and assist staff in accessing information
- Interface with operational contacts during large or strategic opportunities
- Draft service documentation, training materials, and business presentations
- Assist in updating governance policies and strategies
- Handle coordination and administrative duties within the department
- Organize and plan tasks and meetings as required

Education and Experience:
- Relevant 3- or 4-year degree or diploma
- 0–2 years of work experience
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Ability to work in cross-functional, matrix-managed organizations
- Willingness to travel locally and internationally
