Momentum Health, part of the Momentum Group, invites unemployed youth residing in Gauteng to apply for an exciting 12-month Contact Centre Learner Learnership. This programme offers practical workplace experience combined with an accredited Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor (NQF Level 5), providing a solid foundation for a career in the medical aid administration and insurance industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Completed Grade 12 (Matric)
- Mathematics 40% OR Mathematical Literacy 60%
- English and one other South African language with a minimum of 50%
- South African citizen aged between 18–30 years
- Reside in Gauteng Province
- Unemployed and not studying (part-time or full-time) during the programme
- Available for the full 12-month learnership
- Able to commute independently to the workplace
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously

Learnership Duties:
- Attend classroom training and practical on-the-job learning
- Gain knowledge of Momentum Health products, systems, and processes
- Complete workplace logbooks and assessments
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for SETA submission
- Participate in formative and summative assessments
- Conduct yourself professionally in line with Momentum Group values
- Pass the EISA examination
