SALARY : R1 057 326 – R1 245 495 per annum (All Inclusive Remuneration Package). The successful candidate will be required to signal a overall performance settlement
CENTRE : Regional Office: Free State

REQUIREMENTS : An undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) as identified by means of SAQA; At least 6 years’ human useful resource journey of which 5 years should be at middle/senior management level; Knowledge of rules prescripts and frameworks of the department; A legitimate driver’s license; Successful completion of Nyukela Public Service SMS Pre-Entry Programme supplied NSG. Skills and Competencies: Strategic Capabilities and leadership; Project Management; Planning and organizing; Financial administration and alternate management; Research and Knowledge management; Service Delivery Innovation; Analytical and trouble solving; People administration and Empowerment; Client Orientation and consumer focus; Communication skills; Computer Skills (MS Office) Presentation and facilitation.

DUTIES : Key Performance Areas: Manage the implementation of human useful resource associated function in the Region; Manage the Development and implementation of strategic human assets tactics and HR insurance policies in the Region; Manage and facilitate the environment friendly labour relation offerings in the Region; Administer employer improvement Facilitate Health and Wellness Programme; Manage overall performance and capabilities improvement programmes; Manage high quality utilization of assets in the Region.
