Job Summary:

The General Worker will perform basic general work duties, including shrink-wrapping, sorting damaged product, loading, cleaning, and other tasks as assigned by the Production team within Fresh Packaging OH. The ideal candidate will be a reliable and hardworking individual with a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform basic/general tasks as directed.
• Complete tasks according to Standard Operating Procedures.
• Handling products carefully and efficiently.
• Comply with all Health and Safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain high housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Undertake any ad-hoc tasks as required by management.

Minimum Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification.
• Fluent in Business English.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Successful completion of Readiness Assessments.
