Two (2) years useful trip in Inspection &amp;<br>Enforcement Services. A legitimate driver\u2019s licence. Knowledge: Departmental policies<br>and procedures, Skills Development Act, Labour Relations Act, Basic Conditions<br>of Employment Act, Skills Development Levies Act, Occupational Health and<br>Safety Act, COIDA, SABS Codes, Unemployment Insurance Act, UI Contribution<br>Act, Employment Equity Act, Immigration Act. Skills: Facilitation Skills, Planning<br>and organising, Computer literacy, Interpersonal skills, Conflict dealing with skills,<br>Negotiation skills, Problem fixing skills, Interviewing skills, Presentation skills,<br>Innovative, Analytical, Verbal and written verbal exchange skills.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DUTIES : Plan and independently habits important inspections with the goal of ensuring<br>compliance with all labour legislations, specifically BCEA; LRA; EEA; UIA; COIDA;<br>OHS and UCA. Plan and execute investigations independently on suggested cases<br>pertaining to contravention of labour rules and put in force as and when<br>necessary such as making preparations for and acting in Court as a State<br>witness. Plan and habits allotted proactive (Blitz) inspections oftentimes to<br>monitor compliance with labour rules consisting of compilation and consolidation<br>of reviews emanating from such inspections. Plan and habits advocacy<br>campaigns on all labour regulation independently, analyse have an impact on thereof,<br>consolidate and bring together report.
