The selected candidate will be required<br>to sign a performance agreement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">CENTER: Magistrate&#8217;s Office: Kimberley<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 and National Diploma: Legal Interpretation at NQF Level 5 or any other<br>equivalent qualification in the field of languages \u200b\u200bwith a minimum of three (3)<br>years of practical experience as a court interpreter or grade 12 with ten (10)<br>years of practical experience as a court interpreter; Knowledge of Legislation<br>that governs transparency and confidentiality in the Public Function (Law 2 of<br>2000) as amended; A valid driver&#8217;s license.
