Knowledge: Departmental Policies and<br>Procedures, Public Financial Management Act, Batho Pele Principles,<br>Transportation Policy, Supply Chain Procedures, Basic Knowledge of all<br>legislations, Budgeting in the Government and Basic Accounting System. Skills<br>Computer literacy, Planning and organization, Communication, Interpersonal<br>Relations and Conflict Management.<br>FUNCTIONS: Supervise and coordinate the budget within the Labor Center. render, monitor<br>and control expenses within the Labor Center. Demand compliance with<br>Financial Management Law. Provide auxiliary support services within the Work.<br>Center.
