Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support Learnership (NQF Level 3)<\/p>\n<p>Provider: College of Cape Town in partnership with DHET<br \/>\nDuration: 12 Months (Full-time)<br \/>\nStipend: Travel allowance is provided<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Can Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Unemployed youth who are between the ages of 18 and 34<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Education:<br \/>\nGrade 10 \/ NQF Level 2<\/p>\n<p><strong>Who Should Apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Youth interested in customer service, call centres, and BPO work<br \/>\nApplicants looking for practical training that leads to real jobs<br \/>\nPeople with some experience in contact centre environments<br \/>\nIndividuals wanting to start a stable corporate career but without much experience<br \/>\nMotivated young people who want to grow both professionally and academically<\/p>\n<p><strong>Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>To qualify, applicants must:<\/p>\n<p>Have NQF Level 2 \/ Grade 10 or higher<br \/>\nHave basic computer skills<br \/>\nBe unemployed (an affidavit is required)<br \/>\nBe aged between 18 and 34<br \/>\nNot currently studying at any college or university<br \/>\nNot have unpaid fees with the College of Cape Town<br \/>\nBe able to attend classes at Gardens Campus: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM<br \/>\nNot have completed a learnership before<br \/>\nCommit to a full-time 12-month training program<\/p>\n<p><strong>Required Documents<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>All documents must be certified (not older than 3 months):<\/p>\n<p>Certified copy of ID<br \/>\nCertified copy of highest qualification or statement of results<br \/>\nProof of address<br \/>\nAffidavit proving unemployment<\/p>\n<p>Incomplete applications will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>How to Apply<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cct.edu.za\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Click here to apply for the College of Cape Town Contact Centre &amp;
