Experience in PERSOL\/PERSAL<br \/>\nwill be an delivered advantage. Special necessities (Skills needed): Knowledge<br \/>\nof clerical duties, practices as nicely as the capability to seize data, operate<br \/>\ncomputer and amassing statistics. Knowledge and appreciation of the<br \/>\nlegislative framework governing the Public Service. Knowledge of working<br \/>\nprocedures in phrases of the working environment. Rendering a complete reception and secretarial services.<br \/>\nEnsuring right referral documentation for referred patients. Handling medical<br \/>\nrecord queries. Compiling weekly and month-to-month records for management.<br \/>\nRetrieve data for HCPs\/management. Problem solving. Facilitate medical<br \/>\nauthorities.
