Skills:Knowledge of the following: Learnership legislative prescripts and framework;Financial Management and budget control; Assessment, evaluation methods and procedures; SAQA\/NQF framework; Curriculum structure and framework<br>compilation; SETA and QCTO processes; Human resource management and development practices; Relevant education, training and development strategies influencing the agricultural industry; Social and life skills orientation Programs; Student information systems and learner management systems;<br>POPI Act.
