opportunity available in Gauteng for a Contact Centre Operations NQF 4 Learnership co-located at The South African Breweries (SAB) based in Sandton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Learnership may be a structured learning program for gaining knowledge and practical skills within the workplace resulting in a qualification, registered on the National Qualification Framework.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The duration of a Learnership\/Internship is twelve months 1 September 2021 to 31 August 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Training and Recruitment by Altron People Solutions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Workplace experience Role<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To deliver on the promise of building our own pipeline, we&#8217;ve the subsequent program in situ at SAB to assist usher our young South Africans into a prosperous future:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The key purpose of this learnership is to supply learners with on-the-job skills and theoretical knowledge to optimally operate during a Contact Centre environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Skills and knowledge<\/strong><br>In order to be considered for this learnership opportunity we require you to satisfy the subsequent requirements:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">-Matric certificate (mandatory)<br>-Customer focused attitude<br>-Ability to reason and problem solve<br>-Builds and maintains knowledgeable working relationship with all customers (including internal customers) in the least times.<br>-Displays customer empathy and understanding<br>-Organizing and planning skills<br>-Ability to work struggling<br>-Self-motivator and self-starter<br>-Ability to figure during a team<br>-Willingness to figure during weekends and Shifts.<br>-Persuasiveness and selling ability.<br>-Strong achievement orientation.<br>-Punctual and blast keeping.<br>-Self-management practices understood and applied.<br>-Good typing skills, data capturing ability<br>-Administration skills.<br>-Computer
