Relationship Law, Basic Employment Conditions Law, Skills Development Rates Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, COIDA, Unemployment Insurance UI Contribution Law, Employment Equity, UI Contribution Law, Skills Development Law, Employment Equity Law. Skills: Facilitation, Planning and Organization, Written and Verbal Communication, Interpersonal, Computer Science literacy, problem solving, interviewing, listening and observation, analytical.
DUTIES: Carry out labor inspections in order to ensure compliance with all the Labor laws, namely the Basic Employment Conditions Act (BCEA) Labor Relations Law, Employment Equity Law, Unemployment Insurance Law, Compensation Law for Occupational Injuries and Illnesses, Occupational Health and Security, Skills Development Law and UCA, Execute investigations and denounce cases of contravention of labor legislation and enforce
where and when needed, Conduct proactive inspections (Blitz) regularly to Monitor compliance with labor legislation, carry out advocacy campaigns on identified and assigned labor laws, assist in writing inspection reports plans, reports and compilation of statistics on assigned cases
