PRINCIPAL INSPECTOR

SALARY : R477 090 per annum
CENTER : Provincial Office: Free State

REQUIREMENTS: Three-year Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations Management / BCOM
Law/LLB. A valid driver’s license (B). Two (2) years of supervisory experience
and Two (2) years of functional Inspection Labor/Compliance experience
Services. Knowledge: Departmental Policies and Procedures, Batho Pele Principle, Public Financial Management Act (PFMA), Public Service
Regulation, Employment Equity Law and COIDA. Skills: Planning and organization, computer literacy, communication, problem solving,
Interview, listening and observation, Presentation, Research, Project Managerial, Analytical and Innovative.

DUTIES: Ensure the implementation of programs, work plans and policies to Employment Equity Law and Regulations. carry out investigations and Inspections in complex cases that have not been resolved or referred ensure compliance with the Employment Equity Law. Monitor, evaluate and report on the impact of the Employment Equity Law Programs. Provide technical advice
on the specific sector in terms of the Employment Equity Law.
