The Department of Higher Education and Training (DHET), in collaboration with the College of Cape Town, is presenting a totally funded 12-month Learnership Programme in Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support. This programme is designed for unemployed childhood who prefer to construct a profession in the Contact Centre and BPO industries.
Programme Details:
Qualification: The learnership covers foundational areas of Contact Centre and Business Process Outsourcing Support at NQF Level 3.
Duration: 12 months (full-time).
Location: College of Cape Town, Gardens Campus.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am to 04:00pm.
Minimum Admission Requirements:
To be eligible for this learnership, candidates have to meet the following criteria:
Minimum qualification: NQF Level two or higher.
Basic laptop skills.
Unemployed status.
Age: Between 18 and 34 years old.
Not presently analyzing at any group or owing any brilliant expenses to the College of Cape Town.
Willing to journey to Gardens Campus 5 days a week (08:00am to 04:00pm).
Must now not have participated in a learnership programme before.
