Job description
Objectives of the work:
Carry out all operational activities at the point of sale efficiently and effectively.
Maintaining high levels of accuracy when scanning goods and collecting payment for purchased goods, including clubcard rewards. Ensure secure money management at all times.
To proactively promote Clicks Club Card and sign up for new club card members to achieve clubcard membership goals
Informing customers of promotions to positively impact sales and ensure that customers “feel good and pay less”.
Provide high-quality customer service by acting as a brand ambassador, being visible and providing a friendly and professional service.
Effectively carry out and maintain all commercial and cleaning work in accordance with store and visual standards.
Maintain the team’s vision of being the customer’s first-choice health and beauty store while living and fostering the company’s values.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, range, promotions and events to provide accurate information to customers at all times.
