Mogale Tailings Retreatment is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Engineering Learnership Programme for 2025/2026.

The deadline to apply is 05 December 2025.

The learnership will take place at Mogale Tailings Retreatment (Pty) Ltd, located in Krugersdorp, Mogale City Local Municipality, Gauteng, South Africa.

Mogale Tailings Retreatment (Pty) Ltd is a company owned by Pan African Resources and is offering engineering learnerships to young people who want to get a recognized Red Seal Trade Qualification.
These learnerships include both classroom and hands-on training to help young people start their careers in engineering.

This is a great chance for those who are motivated, want to learn, develop themselves, and build strong technical skills in a mining setting.

Available learnership positions are:
– Fitter (18.2 Learnership) – 3 spots
– Electrician
– Boilermaker
– Bricklayer

Minimum qualifications required are:
– Grade 12, or
– N3 with Trade Theory in a relevant engineering field

Requirements and competencies needed are:
– No prior experience is required
– No criminal record
Good communication and people skills
Reliable timekeeping
Strong desire to learn
Commitment to training and personal development

Learners will be expected to:
Attend scheduled theoretical classes
Do practical training tasks
Follow all company rules and regulations at all times
