Contact Centre & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Support Learnership (NQF Level 3)
Provider: College of Cape Town in partnership with DHET
Duration: 12 Months (Full-time)
Stipend: Travel allowance is provided
Who Can Apply:
Unemployed youth who are between the ages of 18 and 34
Minimum Education:
Grade 10 / NQF Level 2
Who Should Apply:
Youth interested in customer service, call centres, and BPO work
Applicants looking for practical training that leads to real jobs
People with some experience in contact centre environments
Individuals wanting to start a stable corporate career but without much experience
Motivated young people who want to grow both professionally and academically
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
Have NQF Level 2 / Grade 10 or higher
Have basic computer skills
Be unemployed (an affidavit is required)
Be aged between 18 and 34
Not currently studying at any college or university
Not have unpaid fees with the College of Cape Town
Be able to attend classes at Gardens Campus: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Not have completed a learnership before
Commit to a full-time 12-month training program
