Pepkor Lifestyle is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Warehouse and Logistics Operations Learnership Programme for 2025/2026.

The learnership will take place at Rosslyn Central in Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa.
This learnership is offered by Pepkor Lifestyle Logistics – Rosslyn Central, and it’s a 12-month opportunity for young people who want to start a career in warehouse operations, logistics, and supply chain management.
The programme combines real-world experience with structured learning.
It provides a nationally recognised qualification and gives you exposure to one of South Africa’s fastest-growing industries.
To qualify for the learnership, applicants must meet the following requirements:
– Be a South African citizen
– Be between 18 and 28 years old
– Have a Grade 12 / Matric certificate
– Have good communication skills
– Have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
– Be able to commit to the full 12-month programme
During the learnership, you will get hands-on experience in areas such as:
– Daily warehouse tasks like receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching
– Inventory control and stock management
– Understanding how logistics coordination works
– Supply chain best practices and workflows
– Workplace safety and compliance standards
