REQUIREMENTS: Applicants need to be in possession of a grade 12 /senior certificate. Knowledge
in administration. Ability to speak verbally and in writing. Ability to work
independently and additionally as part of a team. Ability to multitask and general
administrative abilities, along with document management. Computer literate
(Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook). A legitimate driver’s license is essential.

DUTIES: The profitable candidate will be accountable for reception obligations and office
administration. Proper renovation and implementation of the accepted filing
system. Handling of incoming and outgoing mail and telephone calls. Management
of resources. Provide well-known administrative help to the Regional Office
(draft correspondence, administration of calendars for senior group members
, and prepare journeys, etc.). Managing petty money and the petty money register.
