REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate. National Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent NQF degree 5 qualification. No trip required. Knowledge:
Knowledge of departmental insurance policies and relevant protocols; Regulatory framework governing the public service. Skills: high-quality verbal communication;
basic numeracy; pc literacy, in particular in the MS Office Suit and Intranet; Interpersonal relations; typical workplace administrative and clerical skills. DUTIES : Provide secretarial and clerical aid to the workplace of the Chief Director. Manage the the front desk operation of the Office of the Chief Director. Render
logistical guide offerings to the workplace of the Chief Director. Render administrative assist to the Office.
