Overall, Purpose of the Job

To supply an end-to-end patron carrier to the SACAA clients.
To enhance the purchaser ride and purchaser pride index.

Contact Centre

  • Answer telephones to reply to all inquiries made by means of SACAA clients. Must be capable to take care of 50- 70 incoming calls per day.
  • Track all consumer inquiries in the permitted structures till queries are resolved.
  • Ensure that all purchaser queries are addressed as per agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
  • Liaison with purchasers to become aware of any data and provider necessities – Provide first line information.
  • Professionally reply to requests from each exterior and interior customers.
  • Evaluate client pleasure thru accepted equipment and systems.

Quality Control

  • Record all queries and comply with all approaches which relate to the contact centre.
  • Adhere to the permitted first-class assurance measurements.
  • Adhere to the accepted SLA’s

Customer Satisfaction

  • Project and keep a fantastic photograph when dealing with clients.
  • Ensure that all patron queries are addressed as per agreed SLA’s and that they are logged on the authorised CRM system.
  • Sent client survey after each interplay

Administration

  • Keep correct files of discussions or correspondence with customers
  • Communicate and coordinate with inside departments
  • Analyse records or different facts as required by means of management

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

Grade 12 and put up Matric certificates in Business Studies; Consumer Studies; Management Studies; Marketing or equal qualification
Ideal Qualification:

National Diploma Business Studies; Consumer Studies; Management Studies; Marketing or equal qualification
