Job Description
The everyday employee is accountable for the ordinary preservation & protection of VKB’s houses and backyard in Reitz & surrounding areas. Someone with technical heritage and incline will thrive in this role.
Requirements
Grade 12/ NQF4
2 – three years’ journey in the upkeep/ protection of the garden, structures and company spaces.
Technical potential and confirmed trip therein.
Ability to work nicely in a group & be given responsibility.
Valid Driver’s licence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure that preservation time table is adhered to when it comes to drain systems, roofing, gutters, ablution facilities, cupboards and workplace furniture.
Ensure that the constructions ablution services are serviced each day & in no way left besides supplies.
Together with different protection personnel, help personnel when places of work want to be moved or adjusted.
Maintenance of the backyard at Head Office and coaching center.
Ensure that turbines are fueled and water tanks have enough water tiers on a every day basis.
General upkeep and maintenance of the grounds round the building.
Assist with stand-by at different VKB Properties when needed.
Ensure compliance to popular OHS Practices when working on the premises.
Management of protection gear (buying, storage & use).
