REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 / Certificate of Enrollment. No experience necessary. Knowledge: Registration and records management, Principles of Batho Pele. Skills: computer literacy, Customer relationship skills, interpersonal relationship.

DUTIES: Provide effective and efficient Registry services. File opening according to classification of approved records/Archive Plan. Process records for archiving and provision. Handle incoming and outgoing departmental correspondence.
