REQUIREMENTS: Senior Certificate / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. Two years experience
in Reception or Call Center or equivalent work experience. Telephone hashtag. Good customer service. Good communication skills. Well
Relationships. Computer Certificate and ability to apply computer science. skills. Typing skills. Problem resolution. Ability to work in a team and under Pressure. Comply with the Batho Pele Principles.
FUNCTIONS: The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks: Assist
to incoming and outgoing phone calls. Transfer calls to relevant extensions. Provide customers with relevant information. Receive messages and transmit them. appropriately to the division and the people. Receive guests on behalf of the Campus and direct them to the relevant people or destinations. Maintain and upgrade phone book and distribute it. Identify and report private failures Automatic Switchboard (PABX) and intercom system to the supervisor. Management of all reported failures. Effective working relationship with all stakeholders (Managers, Staff, Students and Community). Carry out
Other functions delegated by the Supervisor. Escalate any problem to line management.
