SALARY: R744 255 per year (all inclusive package including 70% base salary of the package and a flexible part that can be structured according to the applicable MMS guidelines per year).

REQUIREMENTS: A 3-year tertiary qualification (NQF level 6/7) in Human Resource Management
with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the Human Resources field environment. Knowledge and understanding of human resources legislation, policies, procedures and processes applicable in the public service. a valid
Driver’s license. Computer literacy. Skills and Competencies: Good communication, management, dispute resolution, conflict resolution, negotiation, excellent planning and organization skills.
FUNCTIONS: Coordinate the functions of Human Resources Management. coordinate the Administration of benefits and conditions of service. Coordinate recruitment and labor relations functions. Coordination of Regional Records Management functions and management of service points. Transportation Coordination Management as well as Auxiliary Services. Supervise the provision of the service
improvement plans for all service point clusters. General management of the subdirectorate. Manage the operating plan of the unit, actions, training, staff development and absenteeism. Provide the units monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
