Job description

Student Program:

Complete the National Certificate: Pharmacy Support Learning Program (Student Basic Pharmacist Assistant) and the Training and Training Certificate: Pharmacist Assistance (Student Basic Pharmacist Assistant Pharmacist) through the Academy of Pharmaceutical Health. It includes a structured study program with a theoretical and practical component and a degree registered in the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).

As a student of this program, you must meet the following goals:

Successfully complete Learning Training Contracts at Clicks Pharmacy under a Registered and Approved Tutor. Successfully submit the Evidence Portfolio to the required training interventions and competency assessments. Assist the healthcare team at one of the Click Pharmacies, under the supervision of and within a registered Pharmacist. Legal framework of practice defined by the South African Pharmaceutical Council (SAPC)

Minimum requirements

Qualification requirement:

Prerequisite: Completion of at least 50% (or 60% in Mathematics) in Level 12 in Mathematics; 50% in English and Advanced in Life Sciences (Biology) / Physics

Retirement agreement:

Successful applicants will be required to enter into a return-to-work agreement and work as a qualified Assistant Pharmacist at Clicks for at least a period equal to the duration of the study period.
