REQUIREMENTS: NQF Level 1 (ABET L1-3 / Grade three – 9 / Standard 1 – 7) Special Requirements: No
experience required, however, publicity in a home cleaning and laundry environment would be an advantage. Knowledge of home services, processes, and procedures. Ability to speak efficaciously (verbal) in English. Basic knowledge of Health and Safety. Knowledge of particular cleaning techniques and aids. Knowledge of primary renovation of equipment with a low stage of complexity in operating it. Knowledge of cleansing equipment. Ability to function cleaning machines. Ability to operate movements tasks. Ability to work in a crew and individually.
Basic numeracy and literacy skills. Must be bodily healthy to function cleansing duties.Interpersonal abilities to engage with clients.
DUTIES: Cleaning of single quarters, communal ablutions, and different communal areas.
Undertake the laundering of linen and clothes.
