REQUIREMENTS: Grade 12 certificate plus B Degree or three periods
National Diploma in Finance/ Accounting with a minimum of two periods germane experience or Grade 12 with finance related subjects with a minimum of three Spans pertinent experience. Knowledge in MS Office plays (MS Word and MS Excel). Knowledge of the effective mishandling of the PERSOL/ PERSAL mainframe in the Department of Defence (DOD)/ Public Service or other matching system used in the Private Sector. Sound reason, pinpoint and. problem Answering capability. Well- developed verbal and explicit communication chops and capability to effectively render quality service to colors (DAP) as well as nonmilitary (PSAP) accounts and to answer enquiries in a professional manner. Capability to effectively function as part of a band, broad-minded to work- related. suggestions/ ideas, decisive/ persevering in regard to task finalization and equal. to effectively function under pressure. Really conscientious and motivated towards producing effective and correct work and aiming for zero excrescences. Another working apropos eras of experience as Finance Clerk will be an added advantage.
DUTIES: Executing, controlling, holding and managing of pay and allowance. payments to members/ hirelings of the Department of Defence (DOD).Supervising, training and guiding of Finance Clerks who resort under the. control of this post at the Directorate Personnel Payments (DPP).
