REQUIREMENTS: A National Diploma or Degree in Financial Accounting/Financial Management/Cost and Management Accounting. Zero(0)to(1) One 12 months trip in monetary management. Knowledge and grasp on monetary legislation, policies, practices and procedures. Knowledge and appreciation of records science associated frameworks. Knowledge of fundamental monetary working structures (SAP System,PERSAL,BAS,LOGIS etc. Basic understating of Reconciliations, Procure to pay technique and Accruals. Ensure that the accounting policies, strategies and practices are carried out in accordance with GRAP standards, PFMA, Treasury Regulations Knowledge of equal possibilities and affirmative motion tips and laws. Knowledge of administrative and clerical strategies and systems. Knowledge of learning, instructing approaches and techniques. Understanding framework for managing overall performance information. Knowledge of enforcing insurance policies of PMDS. Problem fixing and analysis. People and range management. Client orientation and purchaser focus. Good verbal exchange talent (both verbal and written). Accountability and moral conduct.
DUTIES: Approve and Authorize transactions relation to expenditure management, journals on SAP system. Ensure repayments are executed inside 30 days as per treasury Regulations. Ensure that all accruals are recorded on the right durations for National, Regional and Provincial Offices. Monitor and clear all the suspense accounts/open objects pertaining to to the payables on a month-to-month groundwork on SAP System. Identify and document on unauthorized, Fruitless and Wasteful Expenditure.
