REQUIREMENTS:A Senior / Grade 12 Certificate. One (1) to two (2) years’ ride in typical workplace administration and facts taking pictures will serve as an delivered advantage. Knowledge of administration procedures. Working know-how and perception of legislative framework governing the Public Service. Practical trip in consumer services, letter and file writing. Experience in the countrywide water use registration process. Knowledgeof the National Water Act, (Act 36 of 1998) and different applicable legislations. Computer literate with a sound understanding of phrase processing and spreadsheets. Good verbal exchange capabilities each (verbal and written). Ability to work beneath pressure.

DUTIES:Advising customers of the method to follow for water use utility requests and trade of possession registration. Assist customers in finishing utility forms. Quality exams completion of software forms and seize the information. Amend data of registered customers as per authorised outcome. Generate affirmation documents. Prepare registration certificates for approval. Copy and ship out registration certificates to registered users. Keep files of correspondences obtained from the customers in the relevantfiles. Fulfil assist desk functions.
