Duties & Responsibilities
Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways and different work areas so that the fitness and security requirements are met.
Cleans rugs and carpets, upholstered furniture, and / or draperies, the use of vacuum cleaners and / or shampooers.
Empty wastebaskets, empty and easy ashtrays, and transport different trash and waste to disposal areas.
Sweep, scrub, wax, and/or polish floors, the use of brooms, mops, and/or powered scrubbing and waxing machines.
Dust and polish furnishings and equipment.
Keep storage areas and carts properly stocked, smooth and tidy.
Polish silver add-ons and metalwork such as fixtures and fittings.
Replenish components such as consuming glasses, linens, writing elements and lavatory items.
Wash windows, walls, ceilings and woodwork, waxing and sprucing as necessary.
Disinfect tools and supplies, the use of germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.
Dust window blinds
Report damage, theft, and located articles to supervisors.
Serve replenishments following employer’s directions or very own methods.
Prepare boardrooms for meetings.
Wash dishes and smooth kitchens, cooking utensils, and silverware.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Valid Grade 12 / Matric Senior Certificate.
