REQUIREMENTS: Minimum requirements: Grade 12/ NQF level 4 certificates with 12 months ride in administration/secretarial experience. Computer certificates or a path in laptop (computer literate). Special competencies requirements: Good smartphone etiquette, Ability to cope with range of duties consisting of administration of Office Assets, stationery, procurement and in a position to work below pressure. Good inter-personal skills, adaptability and resourcefulness. Applicant have to have excellent conversation abilities and time management. Be presentable, dependable and punctual. DUTIES: Render wonderful and environment friendly secretarial offerings to the Director. Take minutes in Director’s meetings. Typing of range of documents, inclusive of agendas, memos, letters, and reports. Handle and keep the Director’s diaries, correspondence, controls files, method smartphone calls and take messages. Arrange entry authorisations, receiving traffic and serving tea/ refreshments. Arrange meetings, appointments, flights, lodging and transport. Act as secretary when required. Ensure the Director receives agendas and minutes timeously. Update and keep the Directorate’s non-public information. Remind the Director of the scheduled conferences and appointments and submission documents. Ensure the workplace is tidy and stock is maintained and updated. Ensure misguided and malfunctioning tools in the workplace are reported. Receive, register, route and file correspondence consequently (i.e. agendas, minutes etc.). Applicant will additionally be accountable for procurement of workplace necessities in the Director’s office.
