REQUIREMENTS:
An excellent three-year National Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management/ Human Resource Development plus a minimal of 2-3 years’ trip in the workplace body of workers Training and Development working environment. Knowledge of applicable Human Resource Prescripts (Public Service Act and Regulations, Educators Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Skills Development Act, Skills Levy Act, Labour Relations Act). Knowledge and grasp of Human Resource Management Practices and Procedures. Skills Development. Public Finance Management Act. Good verbal exchange skill, laptop literacy, challenge management, interpersonal, hassle solving, presentation and analytical skills. Financial management, planning and organizing, humans management, facilitation, record writing and minutes taking skills. Applicant should be in a possession of a South African legitimate driver’s license.
DUTIES:
Co-ordinate and Implement Training and Development of all workplace primarily based and public-school body of workers members. Coordinate coaching for group of workers in line with competencies improvement diagram by using working collectively with District Skills Development Coordinating Team in addressing workforce coaching needs. Consolidate costing of recognized education programmes in opposition to allotted education budget. Monitor and consider the influence of education furnished by using acquiring remarks from delegates and their on the spot supervisors. Coordinate Learnership and Internship programmes. Facilitate the implementation of Learnership and Internship, experiential gaining knowledge of and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) programmes aimed at supporting unemployed childhood to acquire administrative center experience. Facilitate the orientation and induction programmes for new Learners and Interns. Facilitate exit approach of internship learners. Coordinate the GDE Bursary Programmes in the District. Monitor and record on compliance of GDE bursary policy. Provide administrative assist offerings for the Business Unit. Draft memos inviting/ soliciting for contributors to attend training. Coordinate CIP tasks for newly appointment employees. Coordinate and put in force body of workers Induction. Coordinate inner workforce induction and orientation programmes. Coordinate and facilitate Compulsory Induction Programme.
