REQUIREMENTS:Applicants need to be in possession of a National Diploma (NQF 6) in Public Administration or associated field, with minimal two years’ trip in strategic planning, overall performance reporting or programme contrast inside the public region and Non-Profit Organisation. Knowledge and perception of Government strategic planning and overall performance reporting frameworks. Experience in verification of programme overall performance information. Ability to work independently and make sound choices with minimal supervision. General understanding of authorities mandate and an hobby in strategic administration processes. Excellent interpersonal skills. Proven record –writing skills. Ability to have interaction and speak with human beings of all level. A demonstrated crew player. High degree of pc literacy. Excellent energy factor presentation skills.
DUTIES:The profitable candidate will be accountable aid in the consolidation and submission of the Annual Performance Plans, aid in the alignment ofthe Strategic plan, Annual Performance Plan and TIDs, Participate in the technique of reviewing the TISs, Assist with the system of approval for the Annual Performance Plan; Engage with quite a number gadgets throughout the branch on all
15planning associated activities, Keep report of all correspondence and/or record pertaining to to Strategic Planning; and Load, monitor, amend and document on the information/data in the OPMS. The Planning Officer will be reporting to the present function of the Deputy Director inside the SPPMR.
